Effective Recipe to get more out of CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA

Synopsis:

Chicken tikka masala is a creamy and orange-colored dish with chunks of roasted marinated chicken (chicken tikka) in a spiced curry sauce, which can be served with rice or naan.

Ingredients:

2 Nos.
Bay Leaves
2 Pieces
Chicken Breast (cut with skin)
25 Grams
Coriander leaves chopped
1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander Powder
1/2 Teaspoon
Cumin Seed powder
2 Tablespoon
Curry or Tandoori paste
1/2 Teaspoon
Garam Masala
2 Cloves
Garlic finely chopped
2 Teaspoon
Ginger grated
3 Tablespoon
Olive Oil
1 No.
Onion medium size finely chopped
1/4 Teaspoon
Paprika powder
2 Pieces
Red Chillies medium chopped and deseeded (if you are using bedgi chilli, use only a half chilli)
1/4 Teaspoon
Salt
3 Tablespoon
Single Cream (pure and thick cream)
200 Grams
Tomatoes
1/4 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder
2 Tablespoon
Yogurt

Preparation Method:

Step-01:
Take curry or tandoori paste in a bowl, add yogurt and beat well.

Step-02:
Then add chicken pieces to it and mix again.

Step-03:
Once the chicken is well mixed in the paste, keep the bowl in the fridge for about one to two hours for imagination.

Step-03:
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees, and then bake the marinated chicken for 10 minutes.

Step-04:
In the meantime, grind the cream, tomato, ginger, and garlic in a bowl and keep it aside.

Step-05:
Heat the oil in a wide pan, add bay leaf and onion, and fry.

Step-06:
When the onion turns golden brown, add chilli, turmeric, paprika, salt, cumin, coriander, and garam masala and fry for one minute.

Step-07:
Then add the baked chicken pieces to it and fry for 5 minutes.

Step-08:
Then add the mixture of tomatoes and cream form step-04 to it.

Step-09:
Cover and cook on a low flame for 5 minutes.

Step-10:
When curry begins to cream and turns orange add 125 ml. of water and cook for a minute.

Step-11:
Then remove the mixture from the heat. And garnish with green coriander and serve.

Tips & Suggestions:
  1. The texture of the gravy should be thick and soft.
  2. The more finely chopped onions, the thicker the gravy will be.
