Synopsis:
Carrot Cake, you can cook at home it is easy and healthy. This is not only delicious to
eat but also healthy for your family. So collect the following ingredients from
your kitchen.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of butter,
1 cup of desiccated coconut,
2/3 cup of broken and chopped
walnuts,
1 cup of golden raisins,
2 and a half cup of grated carrots,
3 tsp of mixed spices like cinnamon,
nutmeg and ginger.
1 cup of brown sugar,
1 and 1/4 cup of flour,
1 tsp of baking soda,
2 beaten eggs,
2 tsp of orange juice.
Preparation Method:
Step-01:
Preheat the oven as per the
directions mentioned on your oven.
Step-02:
Take a pan and mix the flour, mixed
spices, baking soda, brown sugar, desiccated coconut, and chopped walnuts.
Step-03:
Now in a separate pan melt the
butter and add the golden raisins, carrots, and orange juice.
Step-04:
Please stir it nicely and pour it on
top of the dry ingredients.
Step-05:
Now add the beaten eggs to the
mixture and mix it well.
Step-06:
Prepare a loaf tin by oiling the
base and the sides, pour this prepared mixture into the tin and bake the cake
as per the instructions mentioned on your oven or till a knife inserted into
the center of it comes out clean. When it is baked completely let it cool.
Step-07:
Decorate the cake as desired with
your creative and innovative skills using whip cream, toppings, fruit slices,
cherries or any cake toppers, etc.
