Studies have shown that a hearty bowl of Chicken Corn Soup could assist you in clearing nasal congestion and have light medicinal properties which help in easing common cold symptoms. Chicken Corn Soup is very rich in vitamins,  minerals, and other nutrients that your body needs. Eating a good hot bowl of Chicken Corn Soup in winter can add to the body nutrients and provide a relaxing effect.

Chicken - 1/4 kg
Fresh corn - 1 cup
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Soya sauce - 1 teaspoon
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Egg - 1 no.
Salt to taste    
Preparation Method:
Pressure cook chicken along with ginger-garlic paste, salt, pepper powder and water for about 20-30 minutes on medium heat.
Remove all the bones and make small pieces of the cooked chicken.
Cook the chicken pieces and corn in a pan at medium heat and stir occasionally.
Add cornflour mixture (cornflour dissolved in 1/4 cup of water) to the chicken-corn mixture and stir while mixing.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook at a high heat , stirring constantly.
Break the egg and pour it in the soup slowly and cook for about 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes of cooking, remove the soup from flame and your Chicken Corn Soup is Ready. Enjoy hot Chicken Corn Soup with soy sauce.
