The Ultimate Recipe to CHICKEN KEBABS !!

Chicken Kebabs are cubes of meat skewered and cooked on charcoal heat, this cuisine is of Middle Eastern origin. Kebabs are made of cut up or ground meat and skewer cooked with vegetables, and various other accompaniments according to the specific recipe.


Chicken breast (boneless) - 1/2 Kg
Garlic paste (Lehsun) - 1 tablespoon
Ginger paste (Adrak) - 1 tablespoon
White pepper (Safed Mirch) - 1/2 teaspoon
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Cheese (Paneer) - 1/4 cup grated
Egg (Anda) - 1 no's beaten
Green chili (Hari Mirch) - 2 no's chopped
Coriander leaves (Dhaniya patte)  - 1/4 cup chopped
Cream - 1/4 cup
Mace powder (Javitri) - 1/4 teaspoon
Nutmeg powder (Jaiphal) - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt to taste

Preparation Method:

Wash, clean the chicken in running water thoroughly and cut the chicken into 2 inch cubes.

Apply ginger-garlic paste, pepper powder, salt to the chicken cubes and keep aside.

Add green chilies, mace powder, nutmeg powder, coriander leaves and salt to the grated cheese and add beaten egg to the cheese paste and mix well.

Add chicken to the cheese mixture and then add fresh cream and mix lightly.

Keep this chicken in the refrigerator for about two to three hours to Marinate.

Put chicken onto skewers and cook in a pre-heated oven at 175 degrees Celcius or until almost cooked and light brown.

Apply butter for basting and cook for another two minutes till chicken is done.

Chicken Kebabs are ready. Enjoy hot Chicken Kebabs with mint or any sauce.
