Never struggle with CHICKEN SHASHLIK RECIPE again !!

Chicken Shashlik is very commonly listed on the menu of restaurants and also a very common sight among fast food corners and street vendors, who roast the meat and vegetable skewers over wood, charcoal, or coal. During social gatherings or get-togethers, Chicken Shashlik is cooked in outdoor environments, similar to barbecue.


Chicken breast - 1/2 Kg
Capsicum  (Shimla Mirch) - 1/2 cup
Onions (Piyaz) - 2 no's
Tomato (Tamatar) - 2 no's
Lemon juice (Nimbu ras) - 3 tablespoon
Black pepper (Kali Mirch) - 1 teaspoon
Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon
Hot sauce - 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste

Preparation Method:

Wash, clean the chicken in running water thoroughly and cut the chicken into 1" cubes.

Add to them lime juice, salt, black pepper Soya sauce, and hot sauce and mix well.

Cover them and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.

Cut the onion, capsicum, and tomatoes into 1" cubes.

Thread, chicken and vegetables closely on bamboo skewers.

Heat oil in a large frying pan fry skewers until chicken begins to change its color and the vegetables are soft.

Remove from oil and put it on kitchen paper and alternatively, grill the chicken over hot charcoal.

Your Chicken Shashlik is ready !! Enjoy hot Chicken Shashlik with any rice preparations.
