Tasty and Juicy FISH FINGERS? Here is a yummy Recipe !!
Synopsis:
Fish Fingers are made from Fish and Fish is considered to be
high in protein and low-fat food that gives a variety of health benefits. Since
our physical body can’t make significant amounts of those essential nutrients,
fish are a crucial part of the diet. Also, fish are low within the “bad” fats
commonly found in meat, called omega-6 fatty acids.
Ingredients:
2
fish pieces (in big size)
100gm
gram flour
Salt
(to taste)
¼
tsp Red chili powder
¼
tsp Garam masala
½
tsp Ginger garlic paste
¼
tsp Pepper powder
3
tbsp Cornflour
250
gm Vegetable oil
1
lemon (small)
1 cup chopped coriander leaves
Preparation Method:
Step-01:
Cut the fish lengthy and neatly.
Step-02:
Add the ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala,
pepper powder and salt in a plate.
Step-03:
Squeeze the lemon. Mix it well by adding water. Add fish to
this mixture and leave 5 minutes to marinate.
Step-04:
Heat oil in kadai on a moderate flame.
Step-05:
Now take the fish and mix it in cornflour for once and put
it into the heated oil.
Step-06:
Fry it well till the fish fingers get brown.
Step-07:
Delicious Fish Fingers are ready! Remove it in a plate, garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot with tomato
sauce or mayonnaise sauce.
