Kadai Paneer Recipe and Love - How they are the same.

Synopsis:
Kadai paneer is a spicy Indian dish
made from Paneer (cottage cheese) in a spicy onion and tomato gravy. Follow
this recipe to relish a mouthwatering dish that enjoyed with rotis, chappatis,
naan and other Indian bread.
Ingredients:
250 gms of Cottage Cheese (Paneer),
3 Capsicums (Shimla Mirch),
4 Onions (Pyaj),
4 Tomatoes (Tamatar),
1 inch long piece of Ginger (Adrak),
1/2 teaspoon Cloves (Lavang)
1 piece of Cinnamon (Tuj/Dalchini),
2 Bay Leaves (Tej Patta)
Little Orange Color,
4 tbsp of Clarified Butter (Ghee).
Preparation Method:
Step-01:
cut cottage cheese in cubes and
capsicum in long pieces.
Step-02:
Now grind onion, tomato, ginger,
salt, red chilli powder, and orange color to form a thick paste.
Step-03:
mince cloves and cinnamon and in the
meanwhile heat clarified butter in a pan.
Step-04:
And now add bay leaf, cloves,
cinnamon, and the paste you had prepared in step-02 to the butter in the pan.
Step-05:
Now you should continue cooking it
on medium flame till ghee/oil begins to separate.
Step-06:
Now add paneer and capsicum pieces
and continue cooking on low flame.
Step-07:
When you feel the capsicum is done
put off the flame and take off the fire and serve hot.
Your Kadai Paneer is ready to be served with naan or
paranthas.
