Simple Recipe to a Delicious MIX VEGETABLE PAKODA

Synopsis:

Vegetable Pakoda or Pakora
is an Indian subcontinent origin. What is vegetable pakora

flavored besan batter.
Pakodas
or fritters form a major part in the Indian cuisine and an all-time favorite
teatime snack or party appetizer.

vegetable pakoda is one of them, pakodas are also a very popular Indian
street food and are available at almost all fast food snack corners.
Ingredients:
1 large potato
1 small eggplant
1 onion
1/4 cup of white flour
1/2 cup besan (chickpea flour)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black
pepper
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon whole coriander seeds
oil for deep frying
Preparation Method:
Step-01:
Cut the potatoes, eggplant, and onion
into bite-size pieces.
Step-02:
Mix the rest of the spices together with the flour, besan, salt, and pepper.
Step-03:
Then mix the flours and seeds along with the chopped vegetables, sprinkle a few tablespoons of water and blend collectively together with your fingers till it simply holds together.
Step-04:
Heat oil
in a pan. Keep it on a moderate flame. Fry the mixed vegetables till golden
brown.
Step-5:
Drain and serve hot. What do you eat pakoras with? Try hot Pakoras with Mint Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce, Vegetable Sauce, etc.
