The Real Recipe behind Crispy MUSHROOM PAKODA !!
Synopsis:
Mushroom Pakoda a favorite tea time snack for all ages. Mushroom helps us to reduce high
cholesterol levels, the prevention of breast cancer, cancer, and diabetics. It
also helps in weight loss, increasing immunity. Almost all of us are familiar
with mushrooms and their miraculous magical powers.
Ingredients:• 250gm
Mushrooms
• ½
cup Gram flour
• Salt
(to taste)
• 1
tsp Ginger garlic paste
• ½
tsp Chili powder
• ¼
tsp Pepper powder
• 250gm
Vegetable oil
• 2
tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
Preparation Method:
Step-01:
Chop the mushrooms nicely into
small pieces. Wash it well with water.
Step-02:
In a bowl, add gram flour, salt,
ginger garlic paste, chili powder, and pepper powder. Mix everything well by
adding water.
Step-03:
Add mushroom to this mixture. The
mixture should be sticky.
Step-04:
Heat oil in a pan. Keep it on a
moderate flame. Fry the mushrooms till golden brown.
Step-05:
Garnish it with coriander leaves.
Serve it with any sauce.
The mouth-watering Mushroom Pakoda
