Synopsis:
Red Chilli Sauce as known
better as Hot sauce or pepper sauce is a certain type of condiments made from
chili peppers and other ingredients. Many commercial varieties of mass-produced
red chilli sauce exists, but the flavor and satisfaction of a homemade chilli
sauce are irreplaceable. Red Chilli sauce is a universal sauce and can be
used in any form, as a flavor enhancer while cooking food and also as an
accompaniment to many snacks and fritters.
Ingredients:
Red
chilli pods - 10 no's
Hot
Water - 1/2 cup
Garlic
- 2 cloves
Salt
to taste
Preparation Method:
Step-01:
Remove
stems, seeds, and veins from the red chilli pods.
Step-02:
Rinse
with cold water and soak in hot water for one hour.
Step-03:
Blend
the soaked red chillies until smooth and skins disappear.
Step-04:
Add
2 cloves garlic and salt.
Step-05:
Blend
again to form a thick and smooth paste.
Your
Red Chilli Sauce is ready !! Enjoy Red Chilli Sauce with hot
snacks.
